Mobility

Mobility is the ability to articulate our joint and move our bodies under various loads and intensities with control over the entire range of motion.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is an amazing martial art that is considered the king of the ring as far as it’s striking abilities. It is often called “the Art of Eight Limbs.”

Ju Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu is a gentle science and art of grappling and subduing your opponent via a dominant position, joint lock or a strangle.

Fire Arms 

Our Tactical Firearm Instruction program ranges from teaching the basics of firearm safety and foundational skill sets to more advanced concepts and technique. 

Strength

When the body is optimized and is able to produce biomechanically proper pain free movement via Reactive Mobility method, we can move on to strengthening the primal movement patterns and axillary musculature.

Dirty Boxing

Dirty Boxing, or Panantukan, originates in Philippines and is an empty hands fighting system that utilizes the gross motor fighting skills of Muay Thai as its core survival skill set of fighting.

Stick and Blade

Combat Kali is a blend of Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) that incorporates various impact and cutting weapons, such as stick, knife and machete

Breath Work

Breathing is a foundation of survival and metabolic processes. It is a bridge that allows for marked improvements across all the domains of the body, mind and soul.
